SageRoute is operated by Vignis LLC ("we," "us," or "our") and helps students plan study-abroad directions by combining personality science with official institution data. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and your rights.

We use it only to provide services to you: generating talent and direction reports, school-selection suggestions, essay-coaching annotations, and annual guided-growth suggestions. Content related to traditional fate analysis is used only as a traditional-cultural narrative for self-understanding, carries zero weight, and is never used to determine the upper limit of your abilities or admission outcomes. We will not use your personal information for purposes unrelated to the above, nor will we sell your personal information.
When you are not signed in, your data is stored only in your local browser. After you sign in, we store your progress and guided-growth records in the cloud through Supabase, and isolate them with row-level security (RLS), so only you can read your own data. We use the following third-party processors to provide the service, following data minimization:
The "Growth Compass: Ten-Year Guided Growth" service records the growth information of minor children. This feature must be operated through a parent or guardian's own account and is deemed to have obtained the guardian's consent. We follow the special protection requirements for minors' personal information under the Personal Information Protection Law (and, where applicable, COPPA and similar laws). A parent can delete all data for that child with one click from the guided-growth page (cascading deletion of all memory records; irreversible). If you believe that information about a minor was collected without a guardian's consent, please contact us for deletion.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, and export your personal information, and to withdraw consent. You can delete your account in the app at any time: sign in, open the Me page, tap "Delete account" at the bottom and confirm (accounts that don't have access yet can do this from the access page after signing in). Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone: your account, learning and practice records, growth record and uploaded files are permanently removed from our database and storage, and data saved for this account on this device is cleared too. Deleting guided-growth data likewise removes the related records from our database. To exercise your other rights, use the contact details below.
We use measures such as row-level security and encryption in transit to protect your data, and retain it only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes above, unless otherwise required by law.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page and the effective date will be updated.
